MTESt:FILE:SAVE <MaskTestName>
Saves the specified mask test. It contains the mask definition, defined actions and fail
conditions.
Setting parameters:
<MaskTestName> String with the name of the mask test
Usage: Setting only
Asynchronous command
MTESt:FILE:OPEN <MaskTestName>
Loads the specified mask test to the instrument.
Setting parameters:
<MaskTestName> String with the name of the mask test

MTESt:FILE:DELete <MaskTestName>
Deletes the specified mask test.
Setting parameters:
<MaskTestName> String with the name of the mask test
