Returns a textual translation (called Register Name) of the PHY or port address label in
the present acquisition of the selected word and the selected serial bus.
The translation is defined in the label list.

Returns the OpCode (= operation code or frame type) in the present acquisition of the
selected word and the selected serial bus.

The parameter value "0" represents Clause 45, and "1" stands
for Clause 22.
The values "2" and "3" do not correspond with any legal parame-
ters according to the standard, but they can be searched for.
