This condition requires a range of endpoint values to be set
using BUS<m>:CMSB:FILTer:DMAX and BUS<m>:CMSB:
FILTer:DMIN.
Usage: Setting only
BUS<m>:CMSB:FILTer:ENABle <Enable>
Enables filtering for the custom serial bus.
