ALTSEG Alternate segment of region to be compared to
PLMB address bits [31:28].
BASE Region base address to be compared with PLMB
address in conjunction with the MASK parameter.
MASK Address mask for each external region. Specifies
the number of right-most bits in the base address
starting from bit 26.
ALTENAB Alternate segment comparison enable of a region:
Determines whether or not parameter ALTSEG is
always compared to PLMB address.
REGENAB Enable bit for each region. A disabled region will
always generate a miss during address
comparison.

AGEN Region access type: Demultiplexed (asynch.) or
Burst Flash (sync.) access
ENDIAN Region endian mode: Little- or big-endian access
mode
PORTW External region data bus width: 16-bit or 32-bit
WRITE Region write protection: ON or OFF
AALIGN Region address alignment enable: ON or OFF
EBU_CON GLOBALCS Global chip select signal selection: Selects the CSx
chip select lines that generate the internal CSGLB
signal (see Page 13-29).
EBU_EMUOVL OVERLAY Overlay chip select signal selection: Selects the
CSx chip select lines that generate the internal
CSOVL signal (see Page 13-29).
