The transmission of a Copy Base Address Frame is started after a transmitter pipe x
base address registers TPxBAR has been written, triggering the following actions for
pipe x.
• Bit field TPxBAR.BS (4-bit coded buffer size) is loaded into bit field TPxSTATR.BS
