LEC [2:0] rwh Last Error Code
This bit field indicates the type of the last (most
recent) CAN error. The encoding of this bit field is
described in Table 22-7.

No successful transmission since the last (most
recent) clearance of the flag.

A message has been transmitted successfully
(error-free and acknowledged by at least
another node).
TXOK must be cleared by software (write 0). Writing
1 has no effect.
