Note: Register LOR can be written by software only if the CAN node is the current time
master or in Configuration Mode; otherwise, the write action is not taken into
account. Because the written local offset is only taken into account for the
transmission of the reference message, bit DISC is set automatically.
LOF [31:16] rwh Local Offset
This bit field contains the integer part of the local
offset.
Time master (transmitting reference messages):
The sum of the local offset and the local time is
stored as global time in register GTR.
Not time master (receiving reference messages):
The local offset is the received global time
information minus the local reference mark (in
REFMR).
0 [8:2] r Reserved
Read as 0; should be written with 0.
