controlled by the temperature compensation
control hardware.

controlled by software via bit field TCC0.
TCDIV [15:8] rw Temperature Compensation Clock Divider
This value controls the input clock divider for the
temperature compensation logic.
TCV1 [17:16] rh Temperature Compensation 1 Value
This bit field indicates the compensation value which
is generated for the temperature compensation
logic 1. TCV0 is fed to the temperature
compensation logic 0 outputs while bit TCS1 = 0.
