CALCulate:MATH<m>:FFT:CFRequency <CenterFreq>
Defines the position of the displayed frequency range, which is (Center - Span/2) to
(Center + Span/2). The width of the range is defined using the CALCulate:MATH<m>:
FFT:SPAN command.
