This bit field contains the fractional part of the

synchronization mark. SYNMFR is the bit field

LTR.LTFR captured with the frame synchronization

pulse.

This bit field contains the integer part of the

synchronization mark. SYNM is the bit field LTR.LT

captured with the frame synchronization pulse.

0 [8:0] r Reserved

Read as 0; should be written with 0.
