time mark defined by an TME. This value is valid only
if SISR.ICF = 1 and SISR.TMEV = 1.

This bit field indicates the collected RCEMSGNR
information from an RCE. This value is taken into
account only if SISR.ICF = 1 and SISR.RCEV = 1.
