BOUNDARY [11:0] rw Boundary for Limit Checks
This bit field contains the boundary value used for
limit checking. The relevant bits of this bit field for
the different resolutions are:
8-bit: BOUNDARY[11:4]
10-bit: BOUNDARY[11:2]
12-bit: BOUNDARY[11:0]
Unused bits should be written with 0.
