Note: If the length of the moving average is reduced, the execution time (number of clock
cycles) is also reduced. In any case, the filter calculation and execution time is
much smaller than a conversion time.
INP [13:12] rw Interrupt Node Pointer
This bit field selects which service request output line

available while bit IEN is set.
