Bit Field Value Description
31-10 Reserved 0 Reads return 0. Writes have no effect.
9-0 FIL1 0-3FFh Filter Value. Contains the value to be compared to the tick counter. It allows the tooth signal
to be taken into account by the HWAG. This function works only if the mode filtering is set.
The value is calculated as shown in Section 23.3.2.2.5.
