26.3.1.26 TCR ECC Test Mode

In ECC test mode (diagnostic mode is enabled in ECC Control Register (ECC_CTRL)) the ECC

information is visible and can be read or written. The corresponding TCR entry can be found by

subtracting 0x200 from the TCR offset.
