Syntax
reset counters interface [ interface-type | interface-type interface-number ]

Parameter
interface-type: Specifies the port type.
interface-number: Specifies the port number.
For parameter description, refer to the interface command.
Description
Use the reset counters interface command to reset the statistical information on the
port and count the related information again on the port for the user.
If the port type and number are not specified when clearing the port information,
information of all ports on the switch will be cleared. If only the port type is specified, all
the information on the ports of this type will be cleared. If both port type and port
number are specified, the information on the designated port will be cleared.
You cannot clear statistics on the 802.1x-enabled port.

# Clear the statistical information of Ethernet port Ethernet2/1/1.
