• Maximum MTU: 1500 (Broadcast), 1492 (PointToPoint)
If IPv6 is in use, OSPFv3 is used automatically.
The 9500 MPR OSPF parameters are:
• Hello Interval: 10 seconds
• Router Dead Interval: 40 seconds
• Retransmit Interval: 5 seconds
• Interface Transit Delay: 1 second
• MTU: 1500 bytes
Note: When the 9500 MPR is used with other equipment, the OSPF interface parameters
of the equipment must be the same as those of the related TMN interface on the 9500 MPR.
