23.6 set ip pim regstop-ratelimit-period
This command sets the period over which RP monitors the number of register packets after
sending the register stop message.
set ip pim regstop-ratelimit-period <0-2147483647(in secs)>

The Register Stop Message is used to avoid encapsulation of multicast data packets from the first
hop router to the RP.
