clock set hh:mm:ss day month year

SMIS# clock set 18:04:10 18 Oct 2005
The date is configured in the Switch in the format,
- Hours:minutes:Seconds Date Month Year
- The format for the month is Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec
- The format for the year is yyyy
