This command sets OSPF compatibility list compatible with RFC 1583 and the no form of the
command disables RFC 1583 compatibility.

This command enables support of RFC1583 compatibility in products that support later standards
It controls the preference rules, when choosing among multiple AS external LSAs advertising the
same destination. When set to enabled, the preference rules remain those specified by RFC
1583. When set to disabled, the preference rules are those stated in RFC 2178.
To minimize the chance of routing loops, all OSPF routers in an OSPF routing domain must have
RFC compatibility set identically
