27.1 router bgp
This command sets the AS number of the BGP Speaker. The no form of the command brings the
BGP Speaker Global Admin status DOWN and resets the AS number of the BGP Speaker.
router bgp <AS no(1-65535)>
no router bgp
Syntax Description
AS no - Autonomous system number that identifies the BGP router to other routers and tags the
routing information passed along

SMIS(config)# router bgp 100
The command makes the BGP speaker Global Admin Status ACTIVE.
