This command configures the Default Local Preference value and the no form of the command
resets the Default Local Preference to its default value.
bgp default local-preference <Local Pref Value>
no bgp default local-preference

BGP Speaker Local AS number must be configured.
If required administrator can use this command to change this Default Local Preference value
