CoreSF2Config must be instantiated in SmartDesign.connections made as illustrated in FIC_2
configurator. The following figure shows the connectivity between APB configuration interfaces of the
SERDES and DDR subsystems (both are selected).

If System Builder is used for creating the design, CoreSF2Config is Instantiated and connections are
made automatically.
