Fast Spurious Meas (Remote Command only)
This command is the backward compatibility command for the Fast Spurious
Measurement. Since this command is another representation of Spurious Report
Mode, it is coupled with that command.

When set to ON, only spurs above the limit line are reported. This is the same as
Spurious Report Mode LIMTest
