Questionable Power Condition
Returns the decimal value of the sum of the bits in the Questionable Power
Condition register.
NOTE
The data in this register is continuously updated and reflects the current
conditions.

Questionable Power Enable
Determines which bits in the "Questionable Power Condition" on page 2798
Register will set bits in the Questionable Power Event register, which also sets the
Power Summary bit (bit 3) in the "Questionable Register" on page 2794.
The variable <integer> is the sum of the decimal values of the bits you want to
enable.
