or out of range
The signal being fed to a reference input is missing or too high or
low in frequency for the reference to lock

Questionable Frequency Condition
Returns the decimal value of the sum of the bits in the Questionable Frequency
Condition register.
NOTE
The data in this register is continuously updated and reflects the current
conditions.

Questionable Frequency Enable
Determines which bits in the "Questionable Frequency Condition" on page 2804
Register will set bits in the "Questionable Temperature Event Query" on page 2802
register, which also sets the Frequency Summary bit (bit 5) in the "Questionable
Register" on page 2794.
The variable <integer> is the sum of the decimal values of the bits you want to
enable.
