There is an internal fax communication error during preparation to transmit the fax.
Procedure
Check the Fax line connection (telephone line).
If the problem persists check the connections on the FCB PWB.
If the problem persists perform GP 2 Fax Checkout.
If the problem persists replace the FCB PWB (PL 11.3).
