Removal
WARNING
To avoid personal injury or shock, do not perform repair or adjustment with electrical
power applied to the machine.
1. For the Platen models, remove the Platen Cover.
1. Remove the Platen Cover. (Figure 1)

2. For the DADF Models Remove the DADF. (REP 15.1.1)
3. Remove the ESS Cover Assembly. (Figure 2)
1. Loosen the screws (2).
2. Remove the ESS Cover Assembly.
