Procedure
Ask customer to cancel the job and resend.

An invalid Fax number was dialed.
Procedure
Ask customer to verify the Fax number and resend.
Check the Fax line connection (telephone line).
If the problem persists check the connections on the FCB PWB.
If the problem persists perform GP 2 Fax Checkout.
If the problem persists replace the FCB PWB (PL 11.3).
