There is a Tray Module communication failure.
Procedure
Check the circuits between P/J413 on the MCU PWB and P/J541 (2TM) or P/J541 (TTM) on
the Tray Module PWB (Flag 5, Flag 6) for an open circuit or short circuit failure. Repair as
required.
