Procedure
Ask customer to cancel the job and resend.

A call is initiated to the configured channel.
Procedure
Check the Fax line connection (telephone line).
If the problem persists check the connections on the FCB PWB.
If the problem persists perform GP 2 Fax Checkout.
If the problem persists replace the FCB PWB (PL 11.3).
