an SPIB interrupt is latched and pending (if set, = 1), or no
SPIBI interrupt is pending (if cleared, = 0).

Programmable Interrupt Mask 6 (SPORT0 Interrupt
Mask). Unmasks the SP0I interrupt (if set, = 1), or masks the
SP0I interrupt (if cleared, = 0).
