23.2.14 Timer Synchronous Registers (TSYR)
The TSYR registers select independent operation or synchronous operation of the TCNT counter in MTU0 to MTU4.
A channel performs synchronous operation when the corresponding bit in the TSYR register is set to 1.
SYNCn Bits (Timer Synchronous n Operation) (n = 0 to 4)
Each bit selects whether operation is independent of or synchronized with other channels.
When synchronous operation is selected, the TCNT synchronous setting of multiple channels and synchronous clearing
by counter clearing on another channel are possible.
To set synchronous operation, the SYNCn bits for at least two channels must be set to 1. To set synchronous clearing, in
addition to the SYNCn bit, the TCNT clearing source must also be set the TCR.CCLR[2:0] bits.
