Enables an NTP client to invoke tests for NTP server synchronization as specified by the NTP protocol.

By default, NTP synchronization is enabled.

Usage Guidelines
The NTP protocol discards the NTP servers that are unsynchronized. However, the unsynchronized NTP
servers are used as network time sources.
