parameter should be less than the value of the channel bandwidth.

Couplings if the measure time auto is On, the minimum measure time can be impacted by this parameter in the
following way:
Calculating the length of the LoRa symbol based on the BW and the spreading factor
Multiplying the ideal symbol length with the sum of the programmed preamble length plus an empirical
data symbol length. The product will be further multiplied with an empirical coefficient and eventually
set as the minimum measure time
