Parallel Camera Interface Module
Data is accepted as long as CAM_P_HS and CAM_P_VS are both active (when
CC_CTRL.NOBT_SYNCHRO is cleared 0). See Figure 14-4.

The camera core module supports decimation from the image sensor where CAM_P_HS toggles between
pixels (see Figure 14-5).
