Query Syntax
*STB?
The *STB? query returns the current value of the instrument's status byte. The MSS
(Master Summary Status) bit is reported on bit 6 instead of the RQS (request
service) bit. The MSS indicates whether or not the device has at least one reason
for requesting service.
