:MEASure:STATistics:RSDeviation

Command Syntax
:MEASure:STATistics:RSDeviation {{0 | OFF} | {1 | ON}}
The :MEASure:STATistics:RSDeviation command disables or enables relative
standard deviations, that is, standard deviation/mean, in the measurement
statistics.
Query Syntax
:MEASure:STATistics:RSDeviation?
The :MEASure:STATistics:RSDeviation? query returns the current relative standard
deviation setting.
