:CHANnel<n>:PROBe:STYPe

Command Syntax
:CHANnel<n>:PROBe:STYPe <signal type>
<signal type> ::= {DIFFerential | SINGle}
<n> ::= 1 to (# analog channels) in NR1 format
The :CHANnel<n>:PROBe:STYPe command sets the channel probe signal type
(STYPe) to differential or single-ended when using the 113xA Series probes and
determines how offset is applied.
When single-ended is selected, the :CHANnel<n>:OFFSet command changes the
offset value of the probe amplifier. When differential is selected, the
:CHANnel<n>:OFFSet command changes the offset value of the channel amplifier.
Query Syntax
:CHANnel<n>:PROBe:STYPe?
The :CHANnel<n>:PROBe:STYPe? query returns the current probe signal type
setting for the selected channel.
Return Format
<signal type><NL>
<signal type> ::= {DIFF | SING}
