The *IDN? query identifies the instrument type and software version.

<manufacturer_string> ::= AGILENT TECHNOLOGIES
<model> ::= the model number of the instrument
<serial_number> ::= the serial number of the instrument
X.XX.XX ::= the software revision of the instrument
