*CLS (Clear Status)

Command Syntax
*CLS
The *CLS common command clears the status data structures, the device-defined
error queue, and the Request-for-OPC flag.

If the *CLS command immediately follows a program message terminator, the output queue
and the MAV (message available) bit are cleared.
