*TST (Self Test)

Query Syntax
*TST?
The *TST? query performs a self-test on the instrument. The result of the test is
placed in the output queue. A zero indicates the test passed and a non-zero
indicates the test failed. If the test fails, refer to the troubleshooting section of the
Service Guide.
Return Format
<result><NL>
<result> ::= 0 or non-zero value; an integer in NR1 format
