F01683 SI Motion CU: SOS/SLS enable missing

Acknowledge: IMMEDIATELY (POWER ON)
Cause: The safety-relevant basic function "SOS/SLS" is not enabled in p9501 although other safety-relevant monitoring
functions are enabled.
Note:
This fault does not result in a safety stop response.
Remedy: Enable the function "SOS/SLS" (p9501.0) and carry out a POWER ON.
