Information
The description of this flag from RFC 2461 (http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2461) is: O: 1-bit “Other
stateful configuration” flag. When set, hosts use the administered (stateful) protocol for
autoconfiguration of other (non-address) information. The use of this flag is described in:
Thomson, S. and T. Narten, “IPv6 Address Autoconfiguration”, RFC 2462, December 1998.
ipv6 nd prefix
Configure how IPv6 prefixes are advertised in the IPv6 router advertisements.
E-Series
Syntax
ipv6 nd prefix {ipv6-address prefix-length | default} [no-
advertise] | [no-autoconfig | no-rtr-address | off-link]
Parameters
ipv6-address
prefix-length
Enter the IPv6 address in the x:x:x:x::x format followed by the prefix
length in the /x format. The range is : /0 to /128.
default (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword default to specify the prefix default
parameters.
no-advertise (OPTIONAL) Enter the keywords no-advertise to not advertise
prefixes.
no-autoconfig (OPTIONAL) Enter the keywords no-autoconfig to not use
prefixes for auto-configuration.
no-rtr-address (OPTIONAL) Enter the keywords no-rtr-address to not send full
router addresses in prefix advertisement.
