The description of reachable time from RFC 2461 (http:// tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2461) is:
Reachable Time: 32-bit unsigned integer. The time, in milliseconds, that a node assumes a
neighbor is reachable after having received a reachability confirmation. Used by the Neighbor
Unreachability Detection algorithm. A value of zero means unspecified (by this router).
ipv6 nd suppress-ra
Suppress the IPv6 router advertisement transmissions on an interface.

To enable the sending of IPv6 router advertisement transmissions on an interface, use the no
ipv6 nd suppress-ra
command.

To remove a static IPv6 entry from the IPv6 neighbor discovery, use the no ipv6
neighbor {ipv6-address} {interface interface} command.

ipv6-address
Enter the IPv6 address of the neighbor in the x:x:x:x::x format.
NOTE: The :: notation specifies successive hexadecimal fields of
zero.
