ftp-server topdir
Specify the top-level directory to be accessed when an incoming FTP connection request is made.

ftp-server topdir directory
Parameters
directory
Enter the directory path.
Defaults The internal flash is the default directory.

Information
After you enable FTP server functions with the ftp-server enable command, Dell
Force10 recommends specifying a top-level directory path. Without a top-level directory path
specified, the FTOS directs users to the flash directory when logging in to the FTP server.

ftp-server username username password [encryption-type]
password
To delete a user name and its password, use the no ftp-server username
username command.
Parameters
username
Enter a text string up to 40 characters long as the user name.
password
password
Enter the keyword password followed by a string up to 40
characters long as the password. Without specifying an encryption
type, the password is unencrypted.
