Syntax
exec-banner
To disable the banner on terminal lines, use the no exec-banner command.
Defaults Enabled on all lines (if configured, the banner appears).

Usage
Information
Optionally, use the banner exec command to create a text string that is displayed when you
access EXEC mode. This command toggles that display.

line – enables and configures console and virtual terminal lines to the system.
exec-timeout
Set a time interval the system will wait for input on a line before disconnecting the session.

Syntax
exec-timeout minutes [seconds]
To return to default settings, use the no exec-timeout command.
Parameters
minutes
Enter the number of minutes of inactivity on the system before
disconnecting the current session. Range: 0 to 35791. Default: 10
minutes for console line; 30 minutes for VTY line.
seconds
(OPTIONAL) Enter the number of seconds Range: 0 to 2147483.
Default: 0 seconds.
Defaults 10 minutes for console line; 30 minutes for VTY lines; 0 seconds
