Set the time interval for the spanning tree bridge to maintain configuration information before refreshing that
information.

Syntax
max-age seconds
To return to the default values, use the no max-age command.
Parameters
seconds Enter a number of seconds the FTOS waits before refreshing
configuration information. The range is 6 to 40. The default is 20
seconds.
Defaults 20 seconds
