disable
To enable Spanning Tree Protocol, use the no disable command.
Defaults Enabled (that is, the spanning tree protocol is disabled.)

forward-delay seconds
To return to the default setting, use the no forward-delay command.
Parameters
seconds
Enter the number of seconds the FTOS waits before transitioning STP 
to the Forwarding state. The range is 4 to 30. The default is 15 
seconds.
Defaults 15 seconds
