ToconfigureDHCPontheEnterasysMatrix‐Norstandalonedevice,youmustconfigureanIP
addresspool,clientparameters,andoptionalstaticIPaddressforaspecifiedscope.Whereseveral
subnetsareaccessedthroughasingleport,youcanalsodefinemultiplescopesonthesame
interfaceandgroupthe
scopestogetherintoasuperscope.

TheCLIcommandsforDHCPServerprovidefunctionalityfor:
1. ConfiguringaDHCPlocalpoolforasubnet(required)
2. ExcludingIPaddressesnottobeassignedtotheclientsbytheDHCPserver(optional)

4. ConfiguringmanualbindingsofIPaddressesand
clienthardwareaddresses(optional)
